Lina has coached leaders internally for over a decade. She has a strong international background in building and leading cross-functional teams across four continents, spanning over 25 years, which has given her a deep understanding and insight into the challenges faced by leaders today . She has experience coaching leaders in the areas of: change management, team communication and performance, strategic planning, executive presence, networking, managerial influence, customer service, etc.
Lina is an intuitive listener who can support her clients to reach clarity and accomplish things that they have never yet done. Her goal is to help her clients lead and live from a place of centeredness, emotional intelligence, clarity, and creativity.
Outside of coaching, Lina is a Reiki Master, advanced Pranic Energy Healer, and licensed Past and Future Life Progression Practitioner (FLP). She utilizes her bioenergy modalities to support clients in their healing and to maintain a healthy physical and emotional body.
