Kimberly Kwon is the “I’m Possible” Solutions Coach. She is an ICF certified leadership, teams and executive coach, and an Genos emotional intelligence practitioner who specializes in emotional intelligence, resilience and well being.
Kimberly is a disabled Asian American woman. Her life experience brings a richness to her coaching that helps her clients find the “I’m Possible” solutions to discover what they need to integrate their SMART goals with their human goals, exercise their emotional intelligence muscles, and move forward to maximize their personal and professional success. She coaches the whole person and believes that you are the greatest project you will ever work on.
Kimberly has worked with non-profit, educational and corporate organizations – as a pastor, a hospital chaplain, a communications professional and group facilitator.
